# Can I cancel my subscription at any time ?

Yes, you can cancel your Pro or Gold subscription at any time from your account settings.

This being specified, returning to the free plan will remove the features of the Pro / Gold plans from your existing and future virtual tours.

We would be really sad to see you leave our Pro / Gold Klapty community, that's why we remain at your disposal for any questions via email ( "hello (@) klapty.com" ) or on the chat conversation window available 7/7 on our website.
