What is the grace period?

The grace period is extra time that Klapty offers you to make the payment if you are unable to do so on the exact renewal date. During this time, your subscription remains fully active and you can enjoy all its features. For your peace of mind, we will send you email notifications before the deadline ends. Plus, taking advantage of this extra time comes at no additional cost or penalty.

If the deadline passes and the payment has still not been processed, your account will revert to the Free plan. But don't worry about your work! The Free plan allows you to keep 1 active tour, and the rest will be archived in your account. They are not deleted, only temporarily hidden so you can republish them as soon as you renew your plan.
