What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Subscription cancellation
If you decide to cancel your subscription, your account will revert to a free account at the end of your current billing cycle. Until the renewal date, you will continue to enjoy all the features of your current plan.
Once this period ends, premium features will be disabled across all your tours, and your profile will revert to the benefits of the free tier. This means that:
- Private tours will be archived and will no longer be publicly accessible.
- Custom elements (logos, URLs, white-label branding, and audio) will be removed.
- The number of active tours and monthly views will be limited to the allowances of the free plan.
During a grace period, your tours will remain archived, giving you time to reactivate your subscription and regain access. However, please note that if you resubscribe in the future, your current promotional offer will no longer be available.
